Carp Fishing Holidays in Kent

Our well stocked lake contains top quality healthy Common and Mirror Carp also a handful of tench and bream. The current lake record is up to 49lb. The lake is not over fished, and you will see that we take great care of all our fish when you hook your first one out of the water. Our lake with a depth of 12 feet in places is naturally fed from one spring so the water is constantly being replenished.

We have no open and closed season – generally mid March sees the first bookings and mid October has some interest.

“From big commons to heavily plated mirrors Redlands caters for all. Each swim provides anglers ample space and many underwater features to fish too. Ive been lucky to fish the winter here and the fishing has been incredible, banking mirrors and commons well in excess of 30lb....... and that’s in winter! The lake is fully equipped with new toilet and shower facilities. My opinion, once matured, this complex will be one of the best in the south east available for lake bookings. Local shops are only a few minutes away with easy access to major roads. Those who fish here are in for a treat that’s for sure.”

"This lake is vast and picturesque, stocked with probably the best Carp I have had the pleasure to catch. This is an experienced anglers paradise you really do have to have some Carp fishing experience, these stunning Carp have rarely bene caught and when you do hook into one of the many 30+ they take off and pull unlike any other Carp I have had in the net. Pristine specimens these creatures are magnificent you will struggle to match these carp anywhere else in the country. The lake has one small island at one corner the rest is open water no weeds or lilies in sight in fact no over hanging trees to be seen so completely snag free. The lake has many different levels in water depth but nothing too deep. It is a very magical place that can be very challenging but also very rewarding."

"From the moment we entered the gates it was like Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, knowing we were able to spend a week fishing somebody’s dream lake, exclusively. Due to the pandemic I believe the lake was opened a year earlier than planned, god knows how big some of the fish would have been if it had been kept shut. If you want a holiday purely for a few 60lb fish, then maybe you will still need to travel hundreds of miles, pay ferries, tolls and take Covid tests to get your fix.
