What time can we arrive and set up?

Guests need to off site completely by 10am to enable us to prepare the site for the next guest. This 4 hour window gives us the opportunity to sanitise, clean and do minor repairs and grass cutting…ready for the next guests to move in at 2pm.

What do we need to bring with us?

Please ensure you bring your own drinking water, water on site is not drinking water.  You may also wish to bring a gazebo or some other form of shade as there are times when shady areas are limited.

Where is the best place to fish the lake?

Everyone asks where the best place to fish is! There appears to be no best place – if it’s very hot and sunny the best results have come from the top of the lake which is more shaded. Night fishing has generally proved to be good off the bank adjacent to the caravan.
